June 21st Rachel McKillip licensed massage therapist, Certified Shiatsu practitioner and plant enthusiast will be discussing the element system with focus on the fire Element which is associated with summer. We will discuss the channels, , energy of fire and will be making a smoke bundle for you to take home with you. We will have a Herbal infusion(to be decided) tincture sampling and possibly a walk to hug a catalpa tree.
